To gain some insight on the different techniques which will be highlighted per trianing, there exist the following summary’s: these are the focus points for the beginnerstraining and the advanced training. Every first Monday of the month, there is a so-called “IJktraining” (gauge training), instead of the regular training sessions. Want to know more about the ijktraining?

The first years trainings on Monday (18:00 – 20:00), Wednesday (18:00 – 20:00) and the recreational training on Thursday (18:30-20:30) are the perfect trainings to improve your skills if you’re not sure if you’re ready for and advanced training.

Already a member of Slopend? Then you can join the 1st-year training on Wednesday, this training is focused on explaining the techniques of the survivalrun sport.
Clothing:
Clothing and shoes that you don’t mind getting a bit dirty. Long trousers as well as shoes with good traction are advisable. Spikes and other shoes with sharp or hard soles aren’t allowed.
